This study investigates the microstructure and performance properties of Ni–Si–La₂O₃ composite coatings applied to enhance surface durability. Through structural analysis, it examines particle distribution, bonding characteristics, and layer composition that contribute to improved hardness and wear resistance. The research highlights how the addition of La₂O₃ refines microstructure and strengthens mechanical behavior. These coatings offer significant improvements in protective performance, making them suitable for demanding industrial applications involving friction, corrosion, and high-stress environments.
